Your personalized workshop covers your Whole Self – Body/Health, Relationships, Creativity/Career, Spirit/Soul. Before the session, you will do some pre-work, identifying imbalances and places where you want to see improvement. We assess your current state and create a strategy session geared towards your specific needs. You will come away with a clear, written plan and path forward with near and long-term goals for your specific path.
