Individual Coaching Sessions - Ten Sessions. Are you looking for longer-term support and goal development? We work over ten sessions with individuals who are looking for transformation in multiple areas of their lives and who want ongoing, in-person engagement. As your behaviors and results change, we alter and fine-tune the plan. Your work with us includes proprietary assessments and development of a plan with near and long-term goals. Bi-weekly in-person meetings (or virtual depending on your circumstance and location) as well as every other week email check-ins. You will receive free access to our Sanctuary Sunday classes ($300 value), our password protected Coaching Portal, personalized guided meditations and bodywork and three free Reiki sessions ($300 value).
